By booking travel services through Caribbean Cruise King, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Caribbean Cruise King acts as a travel advisor and booking agent. We assist in arranging your travel plans with cruise lines, resorts, transportation providers, excursion companies, and travel insurance partners. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

Prices are subject to change until a deposit or full payment is made. Caribbean Cruise King offers payment plans when available, and all payment terms must be followed to avoid cancellation or penalties from the provider.

Cancellation policies vary by cruise line and service provider. Caribbean Cruise King will provide you with cancellation terms at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to the rules of the travel supplier, not Caribbean Cruise King.

Travel suppliers may alter itineraries, cruise ports, transportation arrangements, or excursion details due to weather, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. Caribbean Cruise King is not responsible for these changes but will assist in rebooking or resolving issues when possible.

Caribbean Cruise King is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to:

• Acts of God or nature (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes)
   
• Government actions, border closures, or travel restrictions
   
• Delays or cancellations by cruise lines, airlines, or transportation providers
   
• Illness, pandemics, medical emergencies, or quarantine
   
• Theft, lost luggage, or property damage
   

By booking with us, you acknowledge that travel carries inherent risks and agree that Caribbean Cruise King is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment and cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they meet all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccination or testing requirements, and cruise line documentation.

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow all cruise line or tour provider policies. Caribbean Cruise King reserves the right to remove clients from group events or future services for disruptive behavior.

Booking travel through Caribbean Cruise King constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time and will be made available upon request.
